Painting is a common treatment method in glass surface decoration. The paint sprayed on painted glass is mainly divided into two categories:
1、 Self drying material: it can be dried in the natural environment after spraying;
1) Small adhesion, easy to fall off. Generally speaking, it can be glued down with adhesive tape, or leave paint marks on the adhesive tape;
2) When washing with weak acid (acetic acid) or weak alkaline (washing powder) water, discoloration will occur; in case of strong acid, it can fall off in large area
3) Discoloration will occur at high temperature (above 140 ℃), and discoloration can occur in hot water above 56 ℃
4) When encountering organic solvents such as gasoline - banana water, a large area will fall off
2、 Non self drying material: spray it and dry it in the natural environment, then put it in the oven and heat it up to 140-180 ℃, keep the temperature constant for 10-15 minutes and then cool it down
1) The adhesive force is stronger than the self - drying material. There will be white mark when using nail pick. It can be scratched off with sharp objects such as knife
2) When washing with weak acid (acetic acid) or weak alkaline (washing powder) water, there will be no color loss; in case of strong acid, it can fall off in large area
3) Can withstand high temperature 200 - 300 degrees, hot water 56 degrees above can fade
4) Encounter such as gasoline - banana water and other organic solvents will appear discoloration or discoloration
