It is simple in workmanship, small in initial investment, low in processing cost, and the produced glass will not appear yellowing, degumming, bubbling and other problems. It is gradually becoming a substitute for new building laminated glass and occupying the market.
(2). Arc laminated glass of buildings is mainly used for curtain walls, external windows, columns, revolving stairs, etc. Its demand is relatively large. The curved laminated glass on the market now mainly includes hot bent laminated glass and bent steel laminated glass. The previous processing technology mainly used PVB film lamination, but the process of using PVB film for bending lamination is more complicated than that of flat lamination. The main reason is that the silicone strip is used for bending and laminating with PVB film, then enters the constant greenhouse, and finally enters the autoclave. The production process is very troublesome, and the cost of the silicone strip is very high, especially the amount used for building glass is very large, which wastes the cost. Therefore, in addition to PVB film laminating for automobile windshield, this processing method is no longer used in general buildings in the market. It is very simple to make curved laminated glass with EVA film, which is similar to the process of plate gluing, so it is gradually adopted by the market.
(3). Bulletproof glass is mainly used for bank counters. The processing modes of bulletproof glass include wet process, EVA film, and PVB film, and all three types of bulletproof glass can obtain production licenses. Overall, the safety performance and processing technology of EVA film bulletproof glass are relatively advantageous in the market.
2. Art glass
(1). Jacquard glass: Jacquard glass originated in South Korea, and its processing technology has been a blank in China due to the influence of the thickness and color of the flower.
